Press with only the transfer sheet for 10-12 seconds.
Release your press.
These are HOT PEEL transfers.
Go slow if it is your first time using these transfers.
You may need to adjust your heat/time/pressure settings if they are not sticking.
Press for a second time with a Teflon sheet covering the design.
You should be able to see the weave of the fabric imprinted into the design if pressed correctly.
Placement Suggestions & Tips
You may want to use t-shirt rulers to get a good space between the collar of your shirt and your design.
I use these, but remove them from the garment before pressing.
(I've left them on my press before, thankfully they didn't melt.)

Clean your surface.
Rubbing alcohol with a lint-free cloth is best.
Rub an old gift card or plastic squeegee over the whole decal to ensure that it is stuck to the transfer sheet.
Figure out your placement.
The decals are EXTREMELY sticky and once they touch the surface they will not come off.
Peel the backing away from the design.
Place your design & rub it over the top again to make sure it's stuck.
Peel the transfer sheet up, leaving behind the design.
If placing on drinkware, handwash is recommended.
